Think Global Awards 2017

In 2017, Think Global Awards kicked off for the first time.

The Think Global Forum Awards recognize the achievements of people, projects, brands and companies around the world. These awards are a way of recognizing achievements in the area of global communication and help to promote the importance and awareness of thinking globally.

Simon Hodgkins, Founder of Think Global Forum, said: "The Think Global Awards celebrate the contributions of individuals, brands, and organizations from around the world. We recently held the Think Global Awards event in Europe and this additional event in the USA helps to recognize the businesses and people who are driving innovation and excellence in a range of specific areas.”

We have seen outstanding submissions and interest in the awards. All of the winners have demonstrated that they are amongst the best in their respective areas.

Beatrice Whelan, one of the Think Global Awards Judges, said: “It was a pleasure to be involved in the first year of the Think Global Awards. Congratulations to all of the shortlisted entrants and to the Think Global Awards winners across all the categories.”

This collaborative platform was established to enable the community of the International Decade of Indigenous Languages (IDIL 2022–2032) to share events, activities, and resources. The content published on the platform is the responsibility of registered users and does not commit the Secretariat of the Decade (UNESCO) and/or the Members of the Global Task Force for Making a Decade of Action for Indigenous Languages. Please note that the platform has been inactive since February 2025 and no longer accepts new uploads.
