video-fr | Ecocivilisation and Indigenous Wisdom

Indigenous peoples have been very much aligned with cosmic cycles. They are wisdom keepers. Some of their wisdoms are woven into the concepts of aroha, eb, ikigai, oikos and ubuntu.
Aroha is a Maori word for love, eb is a Mayan word for the path that connects us all, ikigai is a Japanese word for life with a meaning, oikos is a Greek word for taking care for home and family, while ubuntu is an African word for humanity. In the award winning AEIOU leadership model they are represented as leading from love, the comprehension of how everything is interconnected, meaningful work to accomplish the mission, responsibility for the well-being of everyone, and developing trust-based relationships.
