The literary and musical lounge “PRO-BAZHOV” was held in the Interethnic Library
On January 27, Pavel Petrovich Bazhov’s birthday, a literary and musical evening dedicated to Pavel Petrovich Bazhov took place. In the Year of Defender of the Fatherland, they talked about Pavel Petrovich’s literary work during the Great Patriotic War. The fairy tales created at this time are distinguished by the highest degree of citizenship. They evoked a sense of high Soviet patriotism and love for the Motherland.
The program was attended by Sergey Vladimirovich Polyganov, Chairman of the Board, Director of the “Bazhov” Charitable Foundation, Alexey Vladimirovich Bazhov, great-grandson, Svetlana Rinatovna Kulmurzina, head of the Bashkir Historical and Cultural Center in the Sverdlovsk region.
There were fairy tales in different languages.
An excerpt from the fairy tale “Golden Hair” translated by the wonderful Bashkir poet, veteran of the Great Patriotic War Najib Idelbai, whose translations considered classic, was read by the president of the organization Yusupova Faima Fakhritdinovna from the public organization Sverdlovsk Regional Bashkir Center and presented a painting by the Ural artist Olga Krivonogova “Aylyp-Batyr”.
An excerpt from the fairy tale “The Dancing Fire Maid” in Russian and Chuvash was read by Antonina Sergeevna Rumyantseva, Chairman of the Chuvash Cultural Center of the Sverdlovsk Region, and Natalia Yurievna Tsitsareva, Deputy chairman of the organization.
The evening was decorated with piano works by the Ural composer Oleg Nirenburg, dedicated to Pavel Petrovich Bazhov, performed by the talented pianist Vladimir Ignatenko.
All the participants of the evening were awarded with diplomas.
The Bazhov layer of artistic culture, the basis of which was formed during this period, will forever remain in the history of the spiritual life of the Urals.
