The conference “Youth. Points of development”

The conference is held within the framework of the project “FUMM. Finno-Ugric Youth Routes” is supported by the Grant Fund of the Head of the Republic of Karelia and is a vivid example of cooperation between the Finno-Ugric regions of the country to support youth and activists.

The Conference was attended by mentors and mentors of the All-Russian Forum of Finno-Ugric Peoples and the National School of Leadership, which took place in 2023-2024 with the support of the Federal Agency for Nationalities and the Association of Finno-Ugric Peoples of the Russian Federation. All of them gathered in the capital of Karelia to share their experiences.

“There are three unforgettable days ahead for presenting reports, communication, creativity and new projects in the world of Finno-Ugric peoples!” – Anna Ankhimova, project manager, Chairman of the League of Baltic-Finnish Peoples, shares her emotions.

The project involves the young people in the development of the Finno-Ugric world and the presentation of their own ideas on multi-format platforms. The collection of materials “Atlas of projects of Finno-Ugric leaders” will be the printing edition of the project.

The key partner of the conference is the Kizhi Museum.
