A republican competition for teachers called “Methodological piggy bank – 2023”

On the basis of the state budgetary educational institution of secondary school No. 47, a republican professional competition for teachers of the Ossetian language and literature called “Methodological piggy bank – 2023” was held.
The competition was organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania and the Republican Institute for Advanced Studies of Education Workers. The main goal of the competition is to support the best educational practices in teaching the Ossetian language and literature as a resource for the preservation and development of the Ossetian language.

According to the regulation, the competition was held in two stages. The first qualifying stage was held in absentia, the jury of the competition considered all the submitted materials. The finalists of the correspondence stage of the competition participated in the second full-time stage.
The competition was attended by teachers of the Ossetian language and literature of Vladikavkaz and regions of the republic, as well as a teacher of the Ossetian language and literature, s. Kosta Khetagurova /s. Laba / Karachay-Cherkess Republic Dzanaeva-Barakova L.F.
30 teachers participated in the correspondence round, of which 10 contestants were admitted to the full-time stage, whose works met the requirements of the competition.
The face-to-face round of the competition provides for a master class, during which the contestant must demonstrate the relevance and originality of methodological ideas; the diversity and modernity of the technologies, methods, techniques and forms of work chosen; present the methodological value of their own developments; level of reflective culture; level of communicative culture.
This collaborative platform was established to enable the community of the International Decade of Indigenous Languages (IDIL 2022–2032) to share events, activities, and resources. The content published on the platform is the responsibility of registered users and does not commit the Secretariat of the Decade (UNESCO) and/or the Members of the Global Task Force for Making a Decade of Action for Indigenous Languages. Please note that the platform has been inactive since February 2025 and no longer accepts new uploads.
