“2022-2032 IDIL – Pacific Languages” Workshop Session, Association of Social Anthropology in Oceania

The workshop session comprises 20+ authors of all Pacific languages. The objective is to encourage all Pacific writers to author a paper for the book, ‘2022-2032 IDIL – Pacific Languages’. At present, we have progressed through the stages of supporting all participants to write, write, write.

At each ASAO (usually hosted Jan-Feb of every year), our group of writers meet and share the progress of our respective papers. Within the group, the least confident writers are mentored by the experienced writers. Writing can be hard for many potential Pacific authors.
