June 24, 2023 The Republican festival-competition of children’s vocal art “Solar world” was held at the Palace of Culture «Office equipment» in Grozny.

In this year the festival was dedicated to the International Children’s Day and the Year of the Chechen Language. The organizer of the festival-competition was held by the State Budgetary Institution “Center for Folk Art” of the Ministry of Culture of the Chechen Republic. The goals and objectives of the festival-competition: the preservation and development of domestic traditions of vocal folk art, the exchange of creative experience, the activation of activities, the creative potential of amateur performers and amateur children’s vocal groups of the Chechen Republic. The participants of the competition performed in two categories: “Solo singing”, “Ensemble singing” and two age categories: “A” – from 7 to 10 years old, “B” – from 11 to 14 years old. After the completion of the competition program, the results were summed up and the winners of the competition were announced. The winners of the competition were awarded with cups and Diplomas of laureates of Ӏ, ӀӀ, ӀӀӀ-degrees, and the rest of the participants were awarded with Diplomas of Laureates.
