To protect and promote Neapolitan Language and Heritage, Massimiliano Verde realized the ESF (European Social Fund) : 10.1.1A-FDRPOC-CA-2022-116 "From Neapolitan to the languages of the world" to the ISIS E.Di Savoia School of Naples (Italy) in a multitasking perspective and to counteract school abandonment. The module is realized according to the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Istanbul Convention and the Convention against all forms of racial discrimination, within the framework of the recommendations and conventions that protect multilingualism and more broadly cultural rights as human rights.
The module includes:
A) Historical introduction to the Neapolitan language, the great Magna Graecian heritage of Naples;
B) The Neapolitan language, basic elements of spelling and grammar;
C) Comparison between Romance languages and English;
D) The Neapolitan language as the language of the Mediterranean diet
E) Multiculturalism and the protection of the diversity in the Neapolitan Heritage and Language;
F) The enhancement and tourist promotion of the Campania region through its language;
G) The great Neapolitan literature, indispensable hints;
H) Brief history of the Neapolitan Theater;
I) Neapolitan musical civilization, basic outlines.
