The All-Russian action “Big Ethnographic Dictation-2024” was held in Bryansk
Today, November 2, the ninth All-Russian educational event “The Great Ethnographic Dictation” was held at the Bryansk State Museum of Local History. Traditionally, the event is held under the slogan “There are many peoples – one country!”.
The event is timed to coincide with National Unity Day. The Great Ethnographic Dictation is held with the aim of increasing interest in the ethnography and history of their country, preserving and developing the cultural heritage of the peoples of Russia. Also, with its help, anyone can test their level of knowledge about the cultural diversity of Russia, the traditions and customs of different peoples. This year, the event is held from November 1 to 8.
Today, the Bryansk State Museum of Local History gathered Deputy Governor of the Bryansk Region Valentina Mironova, Deputy Chairman of the Bryansk Regional Duma Vladimir Pronin, Acting Head of the Department of Internal Policy of the Bryansk Region Alexey Nozdrachev, Hero of the Russian Federation Andrey Frolenkov, Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Bryansk Region Valery Rodomanov, Chairman of the Board of the Bryansk Regional Public Organization “Belarusian Community in Bryansk” Nikolay Golosov, Ataman of the Bryansk Separate Cossack Society Vasily Igrunev, Director of the State Autonomous Institution “Bryansk United Resource” Elena Bolokh, Chairman of the Council of the Regional Branch of the All-Russian Public and State Movement of Children and Youth “Movement of the First” of the Bryansk Region Anastasia Churkova, heads of national organizations, public associations of the Bryansk Region, and public opinion leaders. The guests were greeted with bright performances by the folk ensemble of Russian song “Okolitsa”. The text of the “Big Ethnographic Dictation” includes 30 test tasks: 20 federal questions and 10 regional questions, unique for each subject of the Russian Federation. For the correct completion of all tasks, you can get a maximum of 100 points. The time to write the dictation is 45 minutes.
